ELIGIBILITY: Entries are open to female amateur golfers who have a current Handicap Index not exceeding 10.4 which has been established under a method approved by the USGA or R & A. Entries are subject to rejection at any time. All players must conform to the USGA Rules of Amateur Status as defined in the Rules of Golf.
CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT: Format will be 72-hole stroke play competition. After 36 holes of play, the field will be cut to the lowest 60 scores and ties if the field is greater than 72 players. An official practice round for contestants is scheduled on the day immediately preceding the first round of competition.

ENTRY METHOD – Entries will be accepted online only on the LNGA website @ www.ladiesnationalgolf.org.
- Email addresses are required and an email will be sent acknowledging the receipt of all entry applications.
- 120 players will be accepted based on the handicap index requirements and entry fee payment.

The Amateur Championship Presentation Ceremony will be held @ the Pavilion following completion of play.
TOP 10 FINALISTS, AMATEUR RUNNER-UP, AMATEUR CHAMPION will be awarded.
NOTIFICATION: Acceptance: Players are accepted by the time stamp of entry and will be listed on the website pending payment. Accepted entries will receive a notification when entry is submitted. Within 72 hours, an invoice will be sent with directions for payment. If payment is not received within 7 days of invoicing, the player will be moved to the bottom of the waitlist. If the field is full, a waitlist will be established by handicap index. Cancellations will be filled from the waitlist.
Refunds: Accepted entries may receive a refund of fees if cancellation made prior to July 8, 2019. After this date, refunds will only be made for injury or illness that has been certified by a doctor’s written report and which has been approved for a refund by the Board. All refunds are subject to a $25 service fee per player.

PRACTICE ROUNDS:
The official practice round is scheduled for Sunday, July 28, 2019; tee times beginning at 9:30 AM. Email LNGA@TheGolfClubofTN.com to arrange your tee time. An additional practice round may be arranged for Saturday by calling (615) 952-2020 for a tee time beginning Tuesday, June 25, 2019 CDT. Additional practice rounds for competitors only will be available for $75. Practice round scorecards will be available online or in the golf shop prior to the Championship.
CADDIES: A player may carry her own bag, use a pull cart, bring a caddie, or request a host club caddie. The host club will make every effort to provide sufficient caddies for the championship but CADDIES MUST BE REQUESTED ON THE ENTRY APPLICATION. A contestant will be obligated to two rounds if hiring a club caddie. The caddie fee if $100 minimum per round, plus gratuity.
ADA POLICY/TRANSPORTATION: Automotive Transportation is prohibited during a stipulated round. Any player or caddie seeking a golf cart due to a disability as defined under the Americans With Disabilities Act should log onto the Amateur page of the website: www.ladiesnationalgolf.org. Requests with complete required information must be submitted to the Amateur Entry Director simultaneously and together with the original entry application.
PRIZES AND AWARDS: After 36 holes of play, the presentation of Amateur, Junior, Mid-Amateur and Senior Medalists and Team awards will take place at the Scoreboard area.
Immediately following the final round, awards will be presented at the Scoreboard area to the Top 10 Finalists including the Amateur Runner-Up and the Amateur CHAMPION.
PUBLICITY, PROMOTION, AND BROADCASTING: The LNGA may arrange for the promotion of this Championship which includes in the LNGA Annual and website. Upon acceptance into this Championship, the player consents to the use by the LNGA of her name, likeness, and voice in references to her and her play connected with her appearance in this Championship.
REGISTRATION: All players must register in person onsite @ Golf Club of TN at the scheduled times. If unable to register in person you must notify the Amateur Championship Director of arrival time and intention to play at (800) 211-6351. Play may be forfeited if a response is not received by Noon on Sunday, July 28, 2019.
Non-contestant fees will be collected at Registration for any players guest(s) who wish to attend the social functions. (Reception Fee – $35; Awards Luncheon Fee – $20)
HOUSING: Non-accompanied juniors or contestants under the age of 21 requesting ‘host housing’ MUST make the request on the entry form no later than June 14, 2019. A birthdate MUST be provided for housing requests. Upon receipt of a completed entry, requests for housing will be forwarded by the Amateur Entry Director to the Golf Club of TN Housing Coordinator who will contact the player directly. Housing will be assigned to those first requesting and will end when all available hosts are committed.
