Tobi Herron

Tobi Herron (Treasurer) was an accomplished high school golfer, went on to have a strong college career at the University of Missouri, and has competed in nine USGA championships. She helped start a local First Tee chapter, served on the board of the Indiana Golf Foundation, and continues giving back to the game through her LNGA board service. Off the course, Tobi has built a successful career as a community-focused business leader, with experience spanning Fortune 500 companies, consulting, and nonprofit leadership. Today, she serves as Executive Director of Administrative Resources Association and runs Inspire Motives LLC, helping communities and organizations grow through strategic development and investment. Tobi lives in Columbus, Indiana, with her husband Matt and son Owen.
