LNGA Announces Harrison Lake Country Club as Host Site for 2026 Amateur Championship

St. Louis, MO – The Ladies National Golf Association (LNGA) is proud to announce that the 2026 LNGA Amateur Championship will be held at Harrison Lake Country Club in Columbus, Indiana, July 20–23, 2026.

The LNGA Amateur Championship is a 54-hole stroke play event that brings together some of the top amateur women golfers from across the globe. As a founding member of the Women’s Elite Amateur Golf Series, the LNGA Amateur serves as the culminating event in a summer-long competition showcasing “The Best of the Best” in elite women’s amateur golf.

“We are proud to bring this elite women’s amateur championship back to the Midwest at this storied Indiana club,” said LNGA President Cathy Mant. “The team at Harrison Lake values women’s golf, and we are honored to partner with them for this championship. We’re excited to share the LNGA’s tradition of excellence with the Columbus community.”

Founded in 1927, the LNGA is rooted in tradition, integrity, and a commitment to championship-level play. The Harrison Lake event marks another opportunity for the organization to highlight the rising stars of the women’s game on one of Indiana’s most respected courses.

Entries for the championship will open in Spring 2026 to amateur female players with a World Handicap System index of 5.5 or better. Players will compete over three rounds of championship golf with a cut after 36 holes.

The LNGA is also offering a variety of sponsorship opportunities for individuals and organizations looking to support women’s amateur golf and be part of this exciting event. For more information on entries or sponsorship, email inquires to ladiesnationalgolf@gmail.com
